The 30 MPs who earn up to £400,000 with second jobsSome of the salaries in here for jobs that take up no more than a few days per year are absolutely eye-watering. They should be forced to quit first job of MP This is beyond contempt, as people struggle getting a decent salary with one job. These people have no reality, no idea of the real world and seem only happy making themselves richer. The MP salary is decent enough, with their duty for their constituents. 30 MPs who could be affected by proposed consultancy banAs the Commons standards committee plans to review regulations here are the MPs earning money for advisory work Jeez look at those amounts for so little work & mostly hot air out their mouths, not a days hard work in there & that's not what they were elected for. Think they should start paying off the UK colonial debts and stop valuing profit above people! 30 Self serving MPs who could be affected by proposed consultancy ban 28 of the 30 which cover all of the biggest earners and all of the ones who work for, how can I put it, relevant commerce are Tory. This suggests that companies are not buying knowledge, they’re buying influence. Let’s hope that 30 constituencies will get better served by their MP
