Theresa May must announce she will stand down as soon as her Brexit deal is approved and Britain is out of the EU

THERESA May must announce today that she will stand down as soon as her Brexit deal is approved and Britain is out of the EU.

She must now take the next principled step — and show she is not just another craven politician determined to cling to power. Sadly, many mistakes were made. A Remainer, Mrs May appointed a weak Cabinet of Remainer friends, most of whom considered Brexit a disaster to be managed rather than a historic opportunity to exploit.

After her disastrous 2017 election her sole focus became achieving Brexit while holding her party’s warring factions together and fending off Remainer rebellions in Parliament. Theresa May will then go down in history as a great public servant, as the leader who delivered Brexit and proved to the British people that our democracy is robust and far, far more important than any individual.End knife crisisIt’s tempting to think that it’s just gangs in London and our other biggest cities that are the cause of rising violence.

Now that would really resolve things...

Her deal doesn't get us out.

WHY MUST SHE

Who among the Tories and Labour would you deem 'fit' to run the country? Non that I fancy TBH

Dear Teresa May , the removal ppl are waiting for you & don't let the door slap on ur arse on the way out .

I think we know that's what is going to happen we don't need a paper to tell us

She's probably had enough anyway

Wait, so we end up leaving the EU and getting Boris Johnson as PM?

No! She must go now, and be replaced by a Brexiteer. A person with the bravery, and honour to take us out of the EU without a deal. No deal is still better than a bad deal, and remain isn't an option.

Could somebody, anybody at The Sun please explain to 17.4m people how the WA represents Brexit

If shes gets us out then she has succeeded in what we asked for so why should she leave

She looks like Soros sister

Other's made a mess, and now she has to sort it out.

oh i do love that twofer she is wearing...

theresa_may resignation won't improve this VERY BAD DEAL What happened to Conservatives Manifesto commitment that 'NO DEAL IS BETTER THAN A BAD DEAL'? RIPDemocracy Time for a GE to DrainTheHouse

She must not back down to the bullies and selfish career politicians. Shame on Rees Mogg and his cronies. Shame on the Conservative party.

Any idea how to lower that 2.17 trillion debt before she step down ?
