Lunches and dinners offer classic dishes such as smoked salmon and dill fishcake or honey mustard gammon terrine to start, followed by Herefordshire steak and lemon-baked salmon for mains. The 1812 Bar and the Market Bar offer lighter options but the accent is still on fresh local produce.
