Recognising that 'many children are missing out on celebrating their birthday with family and friends as they usually would' the school announced its plan to 'give them the opportunity to celebrate their birthdays in school with their class friends'.'We have decided we will hold a birthday party within each class on the last Friday afternoon of each month, this will be to celebrate all children who have had their birthday that month.
'Absolutely amazing idea. Let's hope all the other schools follow your idea. The children are missing out on loads due to restrictions.' said another.
