Covid: The city that has lived through a year of restrictionsFor residents of Leicester, a non-stop year of restrictions began 12 months ago. Without even reading the article may I ask why the happy, smiling family photo? Not lockdown appropriate! Isn't Leicester a perfect test case for the efficacy, or not, of lockdowns in the wider UK?
