All you have to do is pick a word that you will remember that others are unlikely to guess. That's easier said than done though especially when you need to include numbers, symbols, upper and lower case letters. Police officer who raped girl, 13, jailed for 25 yearsIan Naude was warned to expect a significant jail sentence when he was found guilty at Liverpool Crown Court last month. Personally I feel quite sick that this has happened . These poor girls .. Sometimes I do at times think this can't possible happen not a Police Officer. After a person spoke to me regarding this I seemed to sadly understand this in a different way. Of course people would think similarly to me . And of course sometimes it is that we do put our trust in the Police Force. It the truth that peodfiier exists in all walks of life and I have to accept this .
