Disney and Target announced the move in August, with plans to open further outlets at 40 more locations by October 2020.Selected Target stores in 16 states were picked to host the new Disney stores, which opened on 4 October. Texas gained the most with five stores in total, while California, Florida, Colorado, Illinois and Pennsylvania all got two each.
Montana, Michigan, Oklahoma, Oregon, Washington, Virginia, Minnesota, Alabama, Utah and Indiana all got one store each.If your home state isn't on the list don't worry, Target is opening 40 extra stores in the next year.The Disney outlets include seating areas and interactive display where families can play games and watch Disney movie clips.
