No fault divorce was introduced by the Whitlam Labor Government in 1975. Great to see England and Wales catching up 47 years later.

Having said that,cheating is NOT acceptable. As a doctor I am saying this. I may be wrong. You know what else is needed is a divorce algorithm that takes everything into account that reaches a fair conclusion. Too often lawyers will unnecessarily prolong a divorce to the detriment and cost of their client. An algorithm would remove that capability.
