It comes after officers responded to a"concern for a person" report in the Borders town of Peebles on Wednesday morning.A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We were made aware of concern for a person near to Victoria Park in Peebles shortly after 5.40am on Wednesday, March 20.Why are you making commenting on The National only available to subscribers?
