The judge accepted the teen’s ADHD played a key part in the arsons, and prisoning him would harm his mental health.

A teenager who set fire to two buildings after he was dared to do so by a friend has been given a suspended sentence.

But a judge accepted the teen’s ADHD played a key part in the arsons and locking him up would harm his mental health. He then got into the old bar via a broken fence and set fire to wood, wallpaper and a towel, before running away after the flames got out of control. More than 50 firefighters and 12 fire engines attended the two blazes in total, placing a significant strain on the resources of local fire service.

Adhwxmadeupshit my ass, he's scum

Not exactly walking free if he has a suspended sentence and community work, so is essentially on watch for 2 years. Even still, this is a dangerous decision. At what point does one's mental status no longer exclude them from liability of their actions?

I doubt prison is good for anyone’s mental health, I thought that was the whole point though. This woke shit is getting unbearable. We are doomed.

Bullshit

Uhuh ok then 🤦‍♂️

Absolutely disgraceful. Caught out lie after lie, making money from NHS contracts for his sister's company (which he has a 25% stake in). He must have some incredible dirt on Boris to still be Health Secretary. Funny fact: Algarve had around 15 cases per day max until we started receiving tourists. Last 2 days have around 35 per day. Madness. Only place safer than this is mars. Enjoy your holidays. And if they stayed on the green list the guardian would be sporting how experts criticise it. The government are wrong no matter what, the press make sure of it.
