All governments fault once a child is 18 they are classed as an adult so colleagues etc only speak with your child. Us parents sometimes do not know if they are in or out of colleague. It is like our responsibilities as parents have been dismissed. Change the adult age now
Ask the police, court system and prison officers what the hell they are doing. This has been a big problem. Since 1990's. It was guns, now its knives. And the system still can not get to grips with it. Too much old heads in the system only business about power.
