An Afghan man who worked for the British army tells the BBC he and his family cannot get through the crowds.

The man, who cannot be named for security reasons, said the heat was becoming unbearable for them, with temperatures reaching 40C.

"Some of my friends have already faced many issues, like they have already got warnings from Taliban. Some people came [to the] door for us, and they asked about us. The armed forces minister told BBC Breakfast on Monday that 6,631 people had been evacuated to the UK in the past week, and that nine flights were planned for a 24-hour period.
