Sydney Sweeney 'finalizing deal' to purchase $20M oceanfront home in South Florida

The 26-year-old Immaculate producer-star is 'expanding her real estate portfolio' to include the 7K-square-foot property which features a 'heated/chilled infinity pool with a swim-up bar, complete with underwater barstools' - according to TMZ.

'I recently paid off my mom's mortgage,' the Spokane-born, LA-raised bombshell told Who What Wear on March 27.'As a kid, I always dreamt of being able to take care of my parents, so that was a really big thing for me to be able to do...I try to incorporate them into my life as much as possible, whether it's talking with my cousins every other day or going home.'

'And when my great-grandpa passed away and my great-grandma got old, they just couldn't afford to keep it anymore...It was a lot. I called up the owners and I said,"I want to buy my great-grandmother's house back." My"grandy" still lives in the house next door. So I'm neighbors with my"grandy" now.' On May 8, Sweeney signed on to produce and star in David Michôd's biopic on boxer Christy Martin, which begins filming this fall - according to Deadline.
