Sweden plans for local lockdowns in strategy shift

Sweden's state epidemiologist has said that he is now willing to recommend lockdown measures such as school closures, and strict limits to the size of gatherings - so long as they are only imposed locally and for three weeks at a time.

This is complete bullshit. They implemented some measures previously and have since opened everything up. So a return to limited crowd sizes and secondary school closures is nothing like a lockdown as we had here and not a lockdown per se. FO with your Nazi Tory BS.

He says all sorts of things. In may he said he'd achieved herd immunity. He regularly appears in interviews presenting Sweden as a libertarian experiment, but Sweden closed secondary schools, closed universities, and has ten times the death rate of neighbouring countries.
