British Transport Police responded to the suspicious package at Waterloo just before midday
In a statement, Scotland Yard said: ‘At approximately 09:55hrs police received a report of a suspicious package at The Compass Centre, Nelson Road, Hounslow. ‘The building was evacuated as a precaution.
