The surgeon who performed life changing surgery on a brave Scots boy is understood to have been suspended by his health board.
Little Harvey was suffering from an agonising curvature on his spine which required immediate medical intervention. After the Daily Record highlighted his case Harvey got his operation, just in time, because the scoliosis was just 2mm away from his spinal cord by then. But Natalie said: “I was shown a Facebook post from another mum who had been advised by Dr Adams to go to the press over problems with her son’s case and she wrote that he had been suspended.“No-one from the hospital has been in touch but suspending him will make the waiting lists even longer.“The only difference this time with Harvey is he is not in pain at the moment.
