Danielle Riley shares her grief after losing her partner Andy to Sudden Adult Death Syndrome.

The morning of Andy's death began no differently to any other day, Danielle recalled.

"I took our two-year-old son downstairs for breakfast and prepared our things for work and nursery whilst Andy had a shower."With no response from him, Danielle recalled how she frantically tried to break down the locked door to no avail before calling her father for help. Her father immediately started CPR with the help of the emergency call handler on the other end of the phone.

"I'm sorry to tell you, Danielle, that Andrew passed away this morning," were the words used to break the tragic news."How could that be true? Andy was fit, young, healthy and no medical problems, he had barely even had a day off sick in his life." "I don't know why it had to be him, as he had more to offer this world than most people I know and now nothing will ever be the same," said Danielle.

So sad and thinking of them. My dad died when I was 3 from a heart condition (he was 21). Seems unreal when someone so young dies of a heart related illness. Prayers for all concerned

So sad 😞

So very sad and more common than one thinks. Our friends grandson died of the same thing 2 years ago he was just 18. 😪

So very sad so young life's not fair thinking of family and friends x

Lost my wife Gemma nearly 10 years ago in a similar way no prior symptoms she was 30. Was put in touch with the charity CRY_UK who helped so much

I feel so sad for this family💜

Same happened to a teammate a few years ago, just dropped after a run. He was a lovely guy.

“wedding postponed due to covid”. Bs, due to the oppression. There is no pandemic. This man missed out on one of the happiest days of his life, due to the oppression and terror inflicted, under the guise of a fake pandemic. Which the BBC propagates.

This is so sad to have happened to such a young man. My heart goes out to his entire family and wish them well.

Life is indeed cruel. I am so sorry for her and her little boy's loss 💔

I lost a friend who was 34 like this a couple of years ago. He was out on his morning bike ride, and found later by a passing driver. His heart had just stopped beating, and had no history to indicate anything wrong.

10 years ago this happened to my husbands friend. He’d gone to play volleyball and never came home. His son was exactly 2 weeks old. So, so sad 😞
