A new study has found that young people would end their subscription withabout what would make them unsubscribe from the streaming giant and results revealed that 49 per cent of users between 18 and 29-years-old would leave if the sitcom was axed.The investigation also polled what it would take to make the most amount of people leave Netflix all together.
It showed that 31 per cent would quit the platform if The Office and all of the Disney and Marvel content were shelved, compared to 30 percent if Friends, Disney and Marvel were removed.These statistics follow a survey that suggestsNetflix said in February that they have no plans to get rid of the sitcom
Back in April, Streaming Observer extrapolated data that they collected from the 602 US adults they polled for the research.But even taking that into account, there’s likely to be a lot of families that’ll consider jumping ship. And it’ll probably be those with young children.
