Students union reported over anti-Semitism claims

MP Robert Halfon has referred the National Union of Students to authorities over allegations of anti-Semitism over social media posts from its new president.

Posts from NUS president Shaima Dallali showed apparent sympathy towards Palestinian militant group Hamas and quoted an anti-Jewish battle cry. Halfon called for a statutory inquiry into the NUS and its trustees after the posts
