What about all the people who weren't students who left London on 19 Dec to come up North full of the new variant

Students returning from UK to Gibraltar for Christmas were tested on arrival, self-isolated for 5 days, were re-tested and if negative were allowed out. That's how it's done. Don't blame students, blame the lack of system.
