Stroke diet: How many daily cups of tea or coffee could reduce the risk of a stroke

Writing in the journal PLOS Medicine, the authors said: “Our findings suggested that moderate consumption of coffee and tea separately or in combination were associated with lower risk of stroke and dementia.”Dr Scott Kaiser, director of Geriatric Cognitive Health for the Pacific Neuroscience Institute at Providence Saint John’s Health Center in Santa Monica, California told Healthline that antioxidants were also at play.
