Strictly Come Dancing contestant Ugo Monye has opened up about the sentimental pre-performance rituals he'll be doing before every live show once the competition starts.
"I love listening to music. That always got me into a mood and a frame of mind to get prepped to play a rugby game, but I might have to tone down some of the music I listened to because that was all about combat with this is all about finesse, grace and poise," Ugo told us.
