Stephen Mulhern has become an instantly recognisable face on TV and mind-puzzling game shows – leading him to share a kiss with co-host Holly Willoughby. The Dancing On Ice host, 46, also had a whirlwind romance with an EastEnders star and revealed a 'sad' admission about his love life.

In an interview in 2019, Stephen said he would "never do a reality show", adding: "I would never do Dancing On Ice or I'm A Celebrity ... because I do like to keep myself to myself."
Like many celebs, they tried to keep their love story away from prying eyes and had a three-year-long relationship before mutually deciding to call it quits in 2011.
