STEPHEN GLOVER: Despite being married to the daughter of a billionaire, and notwithstanding his tendency to cling to uncontentious policies, is Rishi more radical and more courageous than we thought? This from a company that in 2020 closed an engine factory in South Wales, which over four decades had received £116 million in taxpayer funding. Recipients of government largesse often have short memories.
