Stacey Solomon enjoys surprise baby shower as she counts down daughter’s arrival

Stacey Solomon has shared a glimpse inside her surprise baby shower, admitting she's so "grateful" as she counts down the days to her due date.

There were also roses hanging from the ceiling, plenty of gold balloons and a personalised sign which read "Stacey's baby shower". Her kitchen counter was also covered in a mouth-watering spread of cupcakes, fruit and all sorts of nibbles.Taking to Instagram Stories, Stacey shared a video as she revealed that her sister and some of their closest friends had shown up to surprise her.

She also took to her Instagram page to document more from the day, sharing a string of beautiful snaps. "I’m so grateful to my family & friends and everyone who’s made me remember how lucky we are to get to do this again and how every miracle can have a celebration. To the moon and back always." On Thursday the singer took to Instagram yet again but this time it was to confirm the gender of her child.

"I have the most incredible sisters in the world. They are my everything. I’m so excited for the boys, Rose and our newest little girl…"
