It's rather simple: for the show to work it must not discriminate. All in public life must be game & their puppets must of the same order of magnitude of design grotesqueness! Any other approach and it will fail.

Love Greta, but yeah, Spitting Image is simply about those in the social-political spotlights, and of course in this day and age, Greta is very much in those spotlights (deservedly so), and this will further amplify her message & legacy. I don't see anything wrong/bad about this.
