Spain’s government claims they could return to ‘normal life’ by the end of April – but will holidays resume?SPAIN's finance minister has claimed that the country could start going back to "normal life" by the end of April amid the current lockdown.

"From that moment on, the relaxation [of the confinement orders] will happen progressively so that citizens can begin, in an orderly fashion, to return to normal life, to the streets, to the public squares." Canary Islands president Ángel Víctor Torres has raised concerns of tourism not returning until next year, with the islands likely to miss the peak summer holiday season.

No chance Christ this would spread like wildfire again , no shock here sounds like government needs cash from tourism Owell wonder wat they will say wen double the amount get infected if they open 😷🤔 stay home 🏠.

What that means is holidaymakers won't be able to claim refunds for cancellations.

Are they sure the virus would have been dealt with then?

It may start but it will likely take weeks/months before normal life actually returns what they don't want to do is release the lockdown to early otherwise they risk a 2nd wave.
