So unlike Sony and Nintendo, there should still be plenty of Xbox news around the event.

Nintendo has literally shown up with just Zelda before. You need to do better reporting. If Nintendo isn't showing, that's not why. Also, Nintendo is so packed they've been backlogged on game releases with completed games just sitting there. Again, do better.

Sony wasn't there the past few years and I think Nintendo had a Direct last June which wasn't related to the E3 though, so not a big surprise that Nintendo won't be there this year either. But no games to try out then too?
