SNP justice minister refuses to intervene after trans woman rapist sent to Cornton Vale

Scotland's Justice Secretary has refused to intervene to ensure that a transgender woman convicted of raping two women while she was a man is not held in a women’s prison.

It comes after the UK Government blocked controversial gender reform legislation in Scotland which would speed up and simplify the process for trans people to obtain a gender recognition certificate . Brown replied: "Of course the Gender Recognition Reform Bill, had it not been stopped by another government, completely wrongly, would not have changed the Scottish Prison Service’s approach to trans prisoners, which is not dependent on possession of a GRC .”

UK state pension age could rise to 68 forcing millions of Scots to work longerSNP MP David Linden described the reports as 'the latest in a long line of attacks from the Tories on the UK's state pension'. That's hilarious. The Tories won't be anywhere near power in a decade, they've committed political suicide. Really ...Seriously...Now we need to act ...This government is shameful. That is if they still have a job? When is the government going 2 stop giving our monies that are more needed in this country away? The days of the colonies still being paid subsidies for helping us win WWII (did we?) is past its sell by date, by 77 years. Ukraine is the same?
