SLEEPING on your back during the final weeks of pregnancy is the same as smoking ten cigarettes-a-day, a shock new study has found.
They interviewed the participants from when they were at least 28 weeks pregnant about their sleeping position. This is 5oz less than the 7lbs 13oz among those whose mothers slept in another position, such as on their side.that smoke with one in every five babies born to mothers who smoke during pregnancy having a low birth weight.Dietitian Susan Short has recommended the foods that mums-to-be should give up to safeguard their baby's health.
