Six youngsters were made to sit down with their parents, teachers and police to sign 'acceptable behaviour contracts' in a bid to bring to an end to disorder in Longridge and Ribchester.
Neighbourhood officers said they have identified the offenders connected to the Longridge anti-social behaviour and have had 'productive meetings' with staff at Longridge High and St Cecilia's schools. Six youths have been issued 'Acceptable Behaviour Contracts' on the back of meetings with the schools, parents and the youths involved.
"As part of this, our colleagues at Mounted Branch patrolled Longridge last Friday. This was well received by residents, and we hope to have the horses and mounted officers back.
