It's Simone Ashley's world and we're just living in it. The Bridgerton actor put on her Saturday best on May 25 for the closing ceremony of the 77th annual Cannes Film Festival in France. Ashley stepped onto the famous red carpet at Palais des Festivals and added to the glitz and glamour of the event with a showstopping Stella McCartney dress.
In an Instagram post, Ashley shared some “wonderful memories” from her night at Cannes, including “watching four incredible Indian women beam and hug each other on the stage.” She was referring to the cast of the film All We Imagine as Light, which won the Grand Prix prize at the festival. “My beautiful @stellamccartney dress that I didn’t want to take off - it was perhaps the comfiest and coolest gown I’ve ever worn. Thank you Stella,” Ashley wrote.
