Sick baby hooked up to heart monitor in A&E waiting room due to bed shortageA SICK baby had to be hooked up to a heart monitor on an A&E waiting room couch because there was nowhere else to treat her. Maisie Trotter, who was burning up with a high temperature, was laid… Thanks to those who voted tories Is it not better that she was hooked up gaining important information regarding her condition whilst waiting for a bed/cot? This just goes to show how over stretched the NHS is. It must have been hard on the family but at least she was being seen to and was in a safe place. Well why didn't the parent just hold her? Can take. A photo but not hold the baby, I wouldn't put her on the chair I'd have held mine, like the story few weeks ago of the baby on A&E floor, why the parents not cradling them?
