Does this law include heterosexual people being discriminated against by gay people too? They could be punished by law too? Seems to me if you want the right to discriminate against LGBT people they should also have the right to discriminate against you... Imagine the fuss if an LGBT person refused to provide services to religionists! While sexual orientation may be a valid argument, sexual identity is nonsense. There are two biological genders, and you are either one or the other. You can’t change that just because you ‘identify’ as something else, and you are not ‘assigned’ a gender at birth.
