A SEX fiend snatched two women off the street and raped them in just 12 hours as cops launch a desperate manhunt to find him.
The first woman was abducted from a street in Chingford, North East London, at 12.30am on Thursday morning.Both women, who are aged in their 20s, managed to escape from the suspect following a struggle nine miles away in Watford, Herts, at 2.30pm. Detectives said there is "nothing to suggest" the victims were specifically targeted and described the incident as being "terrifying" for them.Cops have described the suspect as being a white man and of muscular build.
Detective Chief Inspector Katherine Goodwin, who leads the investigation, said: "This was a terrifying ordeal for both women who were abducted by the suspect in separate areas. "At this stage there is nothing to suggest either victims were specifically targeted for any reason, but both appear to have been selected at random.
