Scots 'celebrity cat' has modelled, acted and even has 10,000 fans

The Edinburgh pet has modelled, acted and even climbed Ben Nevis - all while being captured by owner Marley Alva -Jorgensen. The 24-year-old began posting pics of her ragdoll cat in 2021, filling Instagram with images their adventures hiking, beach days out, and trips to pubs and events in their home city of Edinburgh .

"It was a bit like having a toddler or a newborn baby he cried all night and wanted so much attention! I was playing with him for three hours a day, and then he would run around the house for hours after that.After just three restless nights, Marley realised she needed an outlet for Jasper's energy. Looking into what they could do to burn up energy, Jasper began harness training - starting with allowing him into the garden while on a leash.

"I was a bit worried at that time, everything was quite new to me. Our first ever job was a year ago, and it was for a cryptocurrency company." "Before I got him, I was dealing with a lot mentally, and my anxiety had turned into severe agoraphobia. He really did get me out of the house," said Marley.
