Toddler knocked down and killed by neighbour in street tragedy first pictured

A TODDLER was knocked down and killed by a driver outside a playground near his home.Little Alex Radan, pictured with dad George, was knocked down and killed outside his Dumfries home

They fear he didn't even realise he'd knocked down Alex as he continued driving, before returning and then leaving again. A close family friend said: “The parents are in the hospital with the baby. “They are grieving. They can’t accept what happened.“They are very good people and their children are lovely. Why this happened, I don’t know.The lad’s parents, George and Cristina Radan, were in hospital yesterday as family friends visited their home in support.
