Keir Starmer reached out to Scots voters today as he called on them to support his plan to change the country for the better.
Starmer also insisted the general election on July 4 was “what Scotland needs and what Scotland has been waiting for”. Starmer also pointed to the Whitelees windfarm in East Renfrewshire as an example of how the UK economy was not functioning as it should. He continued: “You will never have a strong, functioning economy if you don’t treat your workforce properly, if you don’t give people basic dignity and respect at work.
