Exams fiasco continues as heads fear results raised by algorithm set pupils up to fail

Headteachers are considering challenging unusually high GCSE results, accusing the algorithm of injecting grade inflation as pupils round the country celebrate and the government’s exams fiasco continues to snowball.

How does England manage to be an incompetent laughing stock in EVERYTHING?

Whoever designed the algorithm didn't put even the most basic reality checks in. 'Students entered for foundation-tier papers were awarded a 6 by the algorithm, when the maximum possible grade was 5.'

There’s a huge jump from GCSE to A level; especially sciences and Math.

Couldn't make it up!!

The next lot won't have it so easy..

Every employer is going to write off the results this year so might as well have not released any results.
