Saudi Arabia’s Flyadeal becomes first airline to cancel its Boeing 737 Max order

A SAUDI Arabian carrier has become the first airline in the world to cancel its order of the still-grounded Boeing 737 Max jets.

Flyadeal Chief Executive Con Korfiatis said in April that a decision on whether it would proceed with an order for the model was "imminent." The airline said: "This order will result in flyadeal operating an all-Airbus A320 fleet in the future."
