Salon owner who racked up £17k in fines by flouting Covid rules last year vows to reopen next week

when she laughed at the court order and claimed the closure notice was "unlawful".

Sinead was initially given a fine of £4,000 for opening the salon at the end of November but the cost rocketed to £17,000 after officials visited. She bizarrely referenced the Magna Carta, a royal charter of rights from 1215, to defend her rebellion.
