Why are sainsbury's giving a 3% bonus to those colleagues who have manipulated the covid situation and taken numerous months off. The same 3% bonus given to those who have worked through it. Grossly unfair

In the past few weeks I have RTd hundreds of the worst Sainsburys customerservice cases inc canx deliveries, overdue refunds, no responses, IT fails & mouldy/short date food I sent them the results. Their response is shocking. More here 👇 please RT
