Ryanair, easyJet and Jet2 have issued a travel alert to Brits jetting off to Turkey this summer, stating that mobile boarding passes won't be accepted on certain flights returning from the country.
What's more, Ryanair has also put the kibosh on digital boarding passes for passengers departing from Morocco, the Express reports. A spokesperson from the airline clarified: "We accept mobile boarding passes from the majority of airports on our network."However unfortunately some airports cannot accept mobile boarding passes yet, these airports are Turkey and Morocco."
Jet2 said: "We can’t offer online check-in for flights departing from Turkey. You can still complete the process and get your pre-allocated seats, but you’ll need to visit our airport check-in decks to collect your boarding pass before you go to security."
