Ruth Langsford has admitted she considered quitting her successful TV career following the death of her sister last year.
She has opened up on her loss, crediting her husband Eamonn Holmes for helping her to carry on with work. Ruth opened up on the sweet way Eamonn comforted her to OK! magazine in December as she prepared to spend her first Christmas without her sister. "On the night it happened, Eamonn was in Belfast. It was 1am and I was here in tears. It was awful," she recalled.
