Postal delivery has gone to pot during lockdown RoyalMail I regularly now get post up to three weeks after it’s been sent

So expect a price rise to cover the fine.

I could never work out how I could check a large letter's width using the metal slot of regulation size template at home but it wouldn't fit through the cardboard one they use at the post office?

It's a shame to impose fines, Don't bleed RM it will die.

Royal Mail are ok for letters/Large letters that you don't mind being late or lost. For parcels you get a far better & cheaper service/tracking, etc, with any number of courier services.

Privatisation at its best

I wonder, if when you see articles of other countries getting it worse than your own, does this mean we've hit bottom and now there's no where to go but up?

RoyalMail how quaint that hey still exist, we must teasure them as part of our Olde Worlde heritage. You'd think tho' that with the digital age greatly reducing their work load their be able to at least deliver a letter on time.

Royal Mail fined £1.5m for failing to deliver first class post on timeRoyal Mail says it is 'disappointed' with the performance, but it accepts and understands the decision by Ofcom. Was this done by the letter of the law? And it should be delivered on time seeing as we pay a lot now for a first class stamp. People expect the service they pay for - that's why we pay the extra to get it there the next day, hopefully. Well RoyalMail you know what to do to improve your delivery targets EMPLOY MORE STAFF Quit saying 'budget cuts' If Royal Mail can afford that fine, they can afford more staff.
