I know scientific colleagues who are becoming increasingly panicked about the speed of climate change this year, and next year may be even worse., and so seriously derails the country’s efforts to get to net zero by 2050. It is now abundantly clear that the Conservative Government are putting near-term politics above the climate, even the economy.
