Rolls-Royce employees were offered a £2000 bonus to help with the cost of living, but the workers have been told to reject the offer by their union.

The Unite union insisted the offer ‘falls far short of the real cost of living challenges’

The lump sum was due to be rolled out in August, starting with the 3,000 non-unionised staff before being paid to the remaining 11,000 unionised workers.
