The public sector union has taken aim at the government for failing to provide enough trained permanent staff to clear the backlog of robodebt reviews.
So many shocking mistakes from the onset... better to have thoroughly studied system before implementing and trained staff to a high level before sending out 3 different estimates of my ‘debt’ in the first place. I have no confidence in the department at all.
