Rishi Sunak will tomorrow lay bare the government’s fears over the long-lasting impact of a looming winter surge in unemployment when he unveils a new £4.3bn package of support to help the jobless find work.

I am confused, how will helping people look for jobs increase the percentage of people gainfully employed? Surely creating the economy that helps produce jobs is most important. One needle in a haystack only one person can find it. Lots of needles and many folk will find one.

Its always younger people. What about the thousands of older people, those in 50s or 60s who have lost their jobs. They spent all their lives paying taxes and get nothing RishiSunak

2.9bn of which is probably going to a company that donated to the Tory party, registered a week ago with £7.50p in the bank.

So is this going to the jobcentre or a private company which no doubt will have some sort of connection to a politician ? Btw RishiSunak you do realise how poor the under 25's education has been right ? Karma
