The Real Housewives of Cheshire ladies are always dressed up to the nines and looking glam, but behind the scenes, star of the show Rachel Lugo has been struggling with skin pigmentation and has had to undergo treatment to correct it.
The reality star said she didn't know anything about sun spots or melasma, a tan or dark skin discoloration caused by exposure to sunlight, and only found out about it when twin sister Katie Kane came over and she noticed a dark mark in the middle of her forehead. "One summer when Dawn and I went to Turkey together and she just kept looking at my face and saying, 'I need to get rid of that for you', she explained.
